Shopping information Orders accepted by Pure Skin Care will be subject to the following terms and conditions of sale as amended from time to time. 'We' or 'Us' means Pure Skin Care. 'You' means the person whose order is accepted by Pure Skin Care. The 'Recipient' means the person who receives the purchase bought through us.

Confirmation of Orders
Orders placed using our website, will be confirmed by Pure Skin Care, by an email notifiying you of despatch, and this despatch of goods will signify the formation of the contract of sale.

Products
All of our products are purchased either direct from the manufacturer or via authorised distributors. Every care has been taken to ensure that all product descriptions and colours are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to make amendments to product descriptions that do not affect quality, material or performance of products. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without prior notice and without incurring liability. All products featured are for individual use and not intended for resale.

Registration
You can register your e-mail address with us to receive product updates and information. You can cancel your registration yourself at any time from our website. Alternatively, please email us at unsubscribe@pureskincare.co.uk.

Statutory rights
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale affects or will affect the statutory rights of you or the Recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied.

Law
The contract of sale will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, as will any dispute arising.

Pure Skin Care will not be liable for failure to follow any usage instructions provided by the manufacturer or for inappropriate use of products. The information provided on this website has been obtained through product literature provided by the manufacturers and from related health literature and information. Making A Purchase All orders placed with Pure Skin Care will be accepted by Pure Skin Care subject to these terms and conditions until further notice. By placing an order with us you agree to accept and abide by these terms and conditions laid out in these pages.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are exclusive of postage and packaging. We reserve the right to change prices from time to time.

You can place your order through this website and pay with credit/debit card or by cheque or online transfer.
Our credit and debit card payments are managed by Protx and NOCHEX and your payment reference on your card statement will refer to Pure Skin Care or Nochex as the payee. Please note that a small minority of Mastercard card issuers may charge you a cash handling fee for using your Mastercard with Nochex. Please ensure that all details entered are correct and that your registered card addresses matches the information on your card statement.

Please make sure that your cheque is correctly signed and dated, and that you write your cheque guarantee number and card expiry date on the back of your cheque. We will dispatch your order as soon as the funds have cleared on our bank account.

If you would like to pay by online transfer, please email us when you have placed your order and we will send you our account information.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we despatch your products to you. We have included this term to protect us in the unlikely event that a mistake has been made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping and Handling At the moment, we are only able to ship to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands)
Our basic Post and Package charge is £2.95 (£2.51 plus VAT), with Free delivery for all UK orders over £50.00. We also offer a carbon-offset delivery option at £3.44 (£2.93 plus VAT)
Courier delivery (mainland UK only, using a 24 hour next working day courier service) is £8.50 (£7.23 plus VAT)

We endeavour to process and despatch in stock skincare products to you within 24 hours of receipt of your order during the working week, and most customers receive their order within 2 working days (we do our utmost to make sure you receive your goods asap, and if you order before midday, there is a high likelihood of you opening your parcel the next day over breakfast!). Please note that some orders placed on a Friday or at the weekend, will not be despatched until the Monday.

Non-skincare products ie water filters, fitness equipment, juicers and inversion tables will be despatched to you direct from the manufacturer and therefore may arrive separately from the rest of your order. These items will be despatched to you by the manufacturer usually in a few days but sometimes within 2-3 weeks. Please contact us for exact delivery times.

Due to the nature of the natural products we stock, and their relatively short shelf life, we would prefer to provide you with a freshly made product rather than keeping shelves full of old stock. This can mean that the item you order may be out of stock, which could result in a short delay in its dispatch to you. We really do appreciate your patience at these times, but feel that it is much better for you to receive a fresh product with a long shelf life than be supplied with a product which is nearer the end of its life :) If any product is not in stock when you place your order, we will notify you by email of any anticipated delay and will keep you informed of your order's progress.

If there is any urgency with your order, please do let us know and we will do our best to make sure that it arrives by the required date. Please note that time of delivery is not of the essence and Pure Skin Care shall not be liable for any loss resulting from delay for any reason.

We aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible and so recycle packaging from our suppliers where possible and use biodegradeable void filler, boxes, envelopes and even biodegradable paper packaging tape for our parcels. We would encourage our customers to reuse their packaging or recycle/compost.
Delivery Schedule Orders are despatched using either Royal Mail or by Courier, depending on the time of order, weight of parcel and value of goods. Most consignments are either delivered by our Courier's Next working day or 48 hour delivery service or by Royal Mail's first or second class service. Courier parcels will require a signature, although if you are not in, the Courier will leave you a card, by which you can telephone the depot and rearrange delivery to your address, another address or your local post office. Please note that orders placed on a Friday afternoon or at the weekend, will be despatched on a Monday.

Items usually arrive within a few days, although you should allow up to 10 working days for delivery. If for any reason your order has not been delivered within this time frame, please contact us at care@pureskincare.co.uk.

The Delivery + Carbon Offset option allows you to choose a method of delivery that enables us to pay Climate Care to offset the CO2 emissions produced in delivering your goods. In this way you help to manage the balance of CO2 emitted into the atmosphere by activities such as delivery. We would strongly encourage the use of this option.

Orders can only be posted to UK addresses, and, as a signature may be required upon receipt, we are unable to post to PO Box numbers. If you are out when the postman/courier calls to deliver, he will leave a card telling you how to arrange redelivery or from where you can collect the parcel. If you do not collect your parcel within a specified timeframe (usually 7 days), the parcel will be returned to us by the Post Office/depot and you will need to arrange with us for a new delivery and you will have to pay the postage costs incurred in resending the parcel.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Pure Skin Care is VAT registered, so thus product prices and p&p charges contain a VAT element of 17.5%
Credit Card Security To ensure absolute security and privacy, we entrust credit and debit card transactions to Protx Ltd, one of the worlds leading credit card payment solutions providers. Customers may supply credit card numbers by other means, and the transactions will be handled by Protx Ltd. We do not hold your credit or debit card details on our databases. Once you get to the payment process, you will notice that a padlock appears at the bottom of your browser window and the address at the top will change to begin with https://www. instead of http://www. Both are signs that you are in a secure site.

Storage and use of products All of the products sold by Pure Skin Care should be stored in a cool, dark and dry place.
Lotions and liquids should be shaken before use, as some separation of ingredients in entirely normal.
Because of the purity of the ingredients, products should be used as soon as possible after purchase, as they do not contain chemical preservatives.
As with any skin care product, a patch test should be carried out prior to using any new product to assess any risk of irritation.
Care should be taken when using body scrubs and oils in the bath or shower, as the oils will make surfaces slippery.

Privacy Policy Pure Skin Care do not disclose our customers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy Orders can be cancelled until the time of dispatch. If after this time, you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to do so within 7 days from the day after the date of receipt of your order. Please email us at care@pureskincare.co.uk as soon as possible. We will give you the address to which you should return your order. Please do not return an item until you have contacted us.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are responsible for taking care of the goods if you decide to cancel and returning them to us. Goods should be returned in the same condition as you receive them. Unwanted goods must be returned at the risk and cost of the customer to Pure Skin Care, Returns Department, 12 Trevanion Road, Liskeard, Cornwall, PL14 3QN.

Returns should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which they were received. You will be responsible for the shipping costs and ensuring that the goods arrive back to us in perfect resaleable condition. Customers are advised to arrange insurance and send returns using recorded or special delivery as proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We are not liable for the cost of returning any goods. If the customer fails to return the goods, or sends them at our expense, we have the right to charge you the direct cost to us of the return.

We will refund you the amount of your purchase (excluding the post and package cost of delivering you the goods) within 30 days of the date the notice of cancellation is received.

If an item arrives damaged, please email us immediately at care@pureskincare.co.uk and we will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered at no extra cost. You may be asked to send back the damaged item in its original packaging, so please retain the goods until you contact us. Please do not return any item to us without first having emailed us to explain the problem.

We hope that you and/or the recipient are satisfied with each of the products in your order. If you are not, please call email us at care@pureskincare.co.uk within 7 days of delivery of the goods.

BeautySkin Lamp -30 day money back guarantee

Our 30-day money back guarantee on the BeautySkin lamp is only applicable to mainland UK only.
If, within 30 days from receipt of the item, the purchaser decides that they wish to return the unit, then the purchaser may request their money back (excluding delivery costs). Simply email us at care@pureskincare.co.uk.

For the monies to be refunded, the product must have been received by Pure Skin Care and found to be in good condition. Where the product is found to be damaged in any way, which is not consistent with the normal use of the product then a refund cannot be given or a part refund will be agreed. It may be prudent for the purchaser to photograph the product before its return, thereby ensuring against dismissal of the claim for refund due to damage incurred in return transit. Please note: the lamp needs to be returned in its original packaging due to possibility of damage within return transit.

All refunds are exclusive of delivery costs. Delivery costs will be deducted from the total money refunded. Total maximum amount refundable = product cost - £20 (delivery costs to and from customer).

Any refunds requested after 30 days from receipt of the product will have to be declined through company policy. (The 30-day guarantee may be extended depending on circumstances)

Refunds will be sent to the customer's postal address or refunded to their bank account/card (depending on how the initial transaction was completed) within 7 days of receipt of the product.
